This transformative project encompassed doubling the area of a 3,000 sq. ft. 1850s farmhouse. The design introduced clarity and light to the existing structure, seamlessly blending it with an addition that honored the original house's form. Simultaneously, the interior juxtaposed the historical exterior with a sleek and modern aesthetic. As the Design Principal, responsibilities included overseeing project design, creating drawings, shaping the landscape design, and managing construction documentation and observation.
