200 Eleventh Avenue with Selldorf Architects

New York, NY
Completed - 2010
60,000 sqft
Type: Commercial
Role: Sara Lopergolo (Design Partner, Selldorf Architects)

The 16-unit residential tower, adorned with terracotta and blackened steel, embodies a low-rise scale. Each unit exudes the ambiance of a private home, featuring a double-height living space and a personal garage accessible through a car elevator. In my role as the Design Partner, responsibilities encompassed concept development, programming, residential unit design, project design and detailing, as well as overseeing mock-up reviews and construction observation.
