Crafted as a 13-story residential tower, this structure features a distinctive two-story commercial base supporting living units above. Uniquely configured as townhomes, the five residential units seamlessly blend the privacy and intimacy of traditional townhouses with the conveniences of a full-service building. Project responsibilities spanned concept development, programming, residential unit design, and overall project design and detailing.
