Designed with a strong focus on flexibility and collaboration, JKR’s 7,000-square-foot New York office supports the dynamic needs of a hybrid branding agency. Developed with a precise understanding of JKR’s culture and operations, the space allows for seamless transitions between sophisticated client presentations, large industry events, and day-to-day work.

Movable furniture and flexible millwork—carefully organized to echo the rhythm of the building’s iconic cast iron loft architecture—enables adaptability without compromising spatial coherence. Natural materials like cork, oak, and linen are layered with JKR’s existing palette of grey and black furniture, creating a warm, neutral backdrop that foregrounds the agency’s creative output.

To meet the acoustic demands of a hybrid workplace, the design integrates a variety of work zones: conference rooms, phone booths, desks with acoustic dividers, and banquets for small team meetings and informal collaboration—offering both focus and flexibility within a cohesive, branded environment.
