The design involves a significant expansion and enhancement of the Frick Collection, comprising about 27,000 sq ft of new construction and repurposing 60,000 sq ft of existing space. This marks the first comprehensive upgrade and expansion to the Frick's buildings in over eighty years. As the Design Partner, responsibilities encompass concept development, programming, securing Landmarks Preservation Commission approvals, conducting public presentations, and overseeing project design and detailing.
