LXW Project, was born out of the desire to help those interested in building a home in the Catskills, navigate the process. To that end, LXW have created home designs that offer clear, simple forms recalling the local vernacular. The designs are well proportioned; connected to their environment and bring an overarching sense of well-being. The homes have calm, serene spaces which foster creativity and passion.  The pre-designed houses are offered in three sizes, Small, Medium and Large and become modified and unique given their particular location and site conditions. This two-story house, on two acres, is a modified medium house, taking advantage of a naturally sloped site.
