This 9,000 square foot warehouse in LIC is being converted into a Office Headquarters and distribution center for a high end textile company. The addition of a central entry courtyard brings light, air and greenery into the office space, lounge, and conference room. The space is conceived as a respite in the industrial landscape of Long Island City’s warehouse district.
