Originally built in 1916 as the Bentmere Hotel and vacant since the early 2000s, this early 20th-century building—located on a prominent corner lot in Lincoln Park—is being revitalized by Lopergolo + Bartling. Once complete, the redevelopment will feature 40 new apartments and a ground-floor retail space, breathing new life into the corner of North Lehman Court. The project blends modern living with the building’s original character, contributing to the architectural fabric of this vibrant neighborhood near the Lake Michigan waterfront.
